We first met Brian at an open house and he was a pleasure to talk to, he was not pushy but rather listened to what we were looking for. Soon after he introduced us to Suzanne, I described to her in detail what we were looking for and she said I will call you when I find it. She knew we were patient and she would check in with is every so often until the the perfect house for us came on the market.
